Repair kit for door stops Toyota AURIS 2006-2012

The repair kit for car door check limiters restores door fixation in fully open and intermediate positions.Our repair kits are designed to restore clear fixation of a car door in open and intermediate positions. You can choose one of two variants of this repair kit:

PA610 — fully cast stoppers made of durable graphite-filled polyamide PA 610-LG-5. This material significantly surpasses the original parts in wear resistance and durability.

RK — metal rollers with bushings designed to repair existing limiter stoppers. They ensure reliable operation of the unit without full replacement of the stopper.

Advantages:

— Increased wear resistance compared to factory parts.

— Improved door fixation in intermediate and end positions.

— Easy installation without special tools - just remove the door trim, disassemble the limiter, replace the parts, and reassemble.

The repair kit includes:

— PA610 or RK stoppers (8 pcs for a 4-door kit or 4 pcs for a 2-door kit)

— Installation manual

— Special lubricant (5 ml)

— Spacer plates (4 pcs for a 4-door kit or 2 pcs for a 2-door kit) *

* Spacer plates are used to compensate for stem wear and are not included in the RK configuration. They may also be absent if the limiter uses a spring mechanism instead of a rubber stop.
