The company returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
In what situations can I return the product?
You can return a new product without signs of use within 14 days from the moment of purchase, if:
- when viewing a new product, the color or size did not suit you;
- the product is not what you expected;
- the product does not correspond to the description or photo;
- goods of inadequate quality.
Terms and conditions of product return:
- return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods;
- return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer;
- refunds to the buyer are made within 2 - 7 days after receiving the goods with a sent application for return;
- funds are transferred to the card of any international bank in the currency of payment (details are specified in the application).

- send the goods by courier service (Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta) using the following data:
- Recipient - FOP Antipenko Oleksandr Volodymyrovych;
- Phone - (093) 170 9556 (only as a contact for sending);
- Address - Odesa, Nova Poshta #4 (86 Akademik Williams Street) or UkrPoshta #65122 (63/1 Ilfa i Petrova Street);
- Delivery payment - at the expense of the sender;
- The declared value is equal to the value of the goods according to the goods receipt;
We will only be able to accept returns if the item is in good condition:
- without mechanical damage;
- fully equipped;
- with all labels and factory markings retained.
According to the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current list of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
